FAQs
DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
Booking or texting ahead is always the best idea. Our rooms are booked, and we occasionally can accommodate a walk-in, but for the best service, book ahead.
AM I REALLY GOING TO BE “LOCKED” IN A ROOM?
NO. You will be in a room with a door, but the door is never “actually” locked. Just enjoy the experience and solve each step. Not all games are “escape” games. Many games have a task to complete or another way to finish.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY GAME?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your game time for check-in. There are locks and puzzles for you to practice on and familiarize yourself with while you wait.

WHAT IS YOUR SANITATION PROCESS?
We are cleaning and disinfecting surfaces in our escape rooms and lobbies regularly.
WILL I BE PLAYING WITH OTHER PARTICIPANTS?
Currently, all experiences are private experiences. Only one booking party allowed per time slot.
HOW DO I PAY?
All games are paid online at the time of booking. If you have someone join your booking last minute, they can pay when they arrive using credit/debit card.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
No refunds at any time. If notified at least 48 hours prior to booking time, a one time reschedule is allowed provided the new appointment is within 60 days.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
We are a family friendly attraction. Although kids as young as 8 years of age may participate, we typically recommend 10 year old as the youngest age. This is due to critical thinking skills required to enjoy the game, as well as some sensitive topics.
We do not have zombies, pictures of dead bodies, or anything else that may “scare” kids in this way.
All kids 14 and under require a chaperone in the room at all times.
CAN I BRING MY SMALL CHILD WITH ME?
Because of mouthable items, and unsafe conditions for young children, no children under the age of 8 are allowed except for infants in carriers. Though: Elfie's Revenge is a special Christmas room that allows kids of all ages.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGE PARTIES OR CORPORATE EVENTS?
Currently we can accommodate groups of 60-80 at one time, and double that with two time spots. We also offer a group discount, TEXT us today to find out more.
HOW LONG IS EACH GAME?
Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing for your mission, and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos. Of course, if you are skilled enough, you may be able to escape quicker!
CAN WE BRING FOOD OR DRINK INTO THE GAMES?
Water bottles are permitted, but no other food or drinks may be taken into the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, and guests who appear impaired will not be allowed to participate in the escape rooms.
